Shipping policy

1.  Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via tracked carrier. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

2.  International Shipping

Right now we are not currently accepted international order, but that may change in the future.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is confirmed as shipped by us, you will receive tracking information. However, we can only guarantee the date your item ships — we cannot control the speed or efficiency of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, and therefore canNOT GUARANTEE delivery dates.

If an item is not delivered by a needed date or deadline, Wicked & Wonder cannot be held financially responsible, and refunds will not be provided. We recommend ordering well in advance of any time-sensitive events.

For lost or damaged packages, contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

4.  Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout that matches your payment address. We cannot and will not accept shipping address changes once an order has been placed. If you realize a mistake after checkout, that order must be cancelled and a new order must be placed with the correct address. We cannot reship at our cost nor refund any order for packages returned or undeliverable or that NEVER deliver or are delivered to the wrong address due to customer-provided address errors, false or stolen shipping address supplied, or unauthorized address changes or rerouting.

5. Shipping Carriers We Use

  • Standard Shipping: USPS (US Postal Service) Ground Advantage— typically 6–10 business days
  • Priority Mail: USPS typically 4 days or less
  • Rush Shipping:** FedEx or UPS — 3-day, 2 day or additional overnight and even same day options available
  • Halloween Rush: Our signature expedited production service (production labor + expedited materials sourcing) — when combined with FedEx/UPS overnight shipping

Note: Halloween Rush production fees and all express shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of actual delivery timing.
