Built around Jack’s unmistakably long, skeletal proportions, the suit is constructed from black stretch suiting woven with fine white pinstripes, balancing a sharply tailored appearance with comfortable movement for Halloween night.

The tailcoat jacket is deliberately short through the front and dramatically elongated behind, with pointed lapels, sweeping coat tails and an oversized white button creating Jack’s strange, angular geometry. A crisp white satin shirt front is sewn directly into the jacket, keeping the layered silhouette smooth and perfectly positioned without a separate shirt riding up or pulling free.

The coordinating trousers are cut with an extra-high rise, extending beneath the cropped jacket toward the chest. This unusual proportion is entirely intentional: it visually raises the waistline and lengthens the legs, recreating Jack’s famously elongated, almost impossible silhouette while keeping the costume completely covered beneath the abbreviated jacket front.

Finished together, the shortened jacket, elevated waist and uninterrupted vertical pinstripes work as a single piece of visual engineering — stretching the silhouette without sacrificing the movement. The fine pinstripe stretch suiting allows the costume to be cut exceptionally slim and close to the body, then flex comfortably with the wearer, creating Jack’s impossibly narrow, elongated line without the stiffness of traditional suiting. He can still run, haunt, dance and trick-or-treat long after the graveyard gates open.

Jack is designed for a slim, close-to-the-body fit to preserve his long, skeletal silhouette. The pinstripe stretch suiting flexes comfortably with the wearer, allowing the costume to fit closely without feeling stiff or restrictive.

The trousers feature an intentionally extra-high rise, extending well above a traditional waistband beneath the cropped jacket front. This is a design feature—not a sizing issue—and helps create Jack’s dramatically elongated legs while keeping the costume comfortably covered through movement.

Choose your child’s usual size when ordering. After purchase, we’ll confirm the measurements needed to fine-tune the fit before production.

Care
To preserve the crisp pinstripes, tailored silhouette and specialty construction, we recommend gentle care and storing the suit neatly between adventures.

Production & Shipping
Each Jack suit is prepared to your selected sizing and customization details. Please allow approximately 5–7 days after sizing and customization are finalized before your costume is ready to ship.

During our peak Halloween season, production time increases to approximately 2–4 weeks as our studio fills with made-to-order costumes.

Planning for Halloween? Order early. Our Halloween production calendar fills quickly, and we are typically fully or nearly fully booked by September 15th. Once the calendar is full, we may be unable to accept additional Halloween orders.

That last paragraph is important. It creates legitimate urgency without sounding like fake e-commerce scarcity—because your production capacity actually is finite.
