Sally’s patchwork doesn’t have to stop at the dress. These wonderfully strange stretch arm sleeves transform ordinary skin into something that looks pieced, patched and stitched back together—without the mess or commitment of full-arm costume makeup. Pull them high beneath a costume sleeve for a seamless character transformation, or scrunch them lower on the arm for a more rumpled, wonderfully undone look.
A Little Rough Around the Edges
The stitches are supposed to look as though your Sally (or your character) might have sewn them herself. Each sleeve is individually hand-threaded in black, with intentionally simple, irregular stitches, visible knots and loose dangling ends left proudly on display. Nothing is printed on: the thread physically passes through the stretch fabric, creating dimensional stitches you can see and feel.
Custom Dyed
Go shocking WHITE in high contrast with pitch black stitches or try our handmade custom colored blue caste dyed to match Sallys blue hue perfectly.
Choose Your Creature
Or choose by creature color -- Blue Cast for Sally and stitched rag-doll characters, or Ghost White for skeletons, stitched monsters, ghosts & zombies and other creatures assembled after dark. Soft stretch fabric moves comfortably with the wearer, while the delicate lace-finished wrist adds one last peculiar little detail. Wear them for Halloween, cosplay, theatrical costumes—or anytime bare human arms simply won’t do.

Girls Stitched Arm Sleeves
Designed for girls approximately ages 4–14. The open-hand sleeve can be pulled smoothly up beneath a costume sleeve or scrunched lower on the arm for a relaxed, rumpled look.
Adult Stitched Fingered Gloves
Our adult version extends the transformation through the hand with individual fingers, creating a more complete second-skin effect.

A Little Care for Your Stitches
These sleeves are intentionally delicate. Their dimensional stitching can snag on fingernails, jewelry or other sharp objects, so take your time when putting them on. Gently ease the fabric into place using the pads or tips of your fingers rather than your fingernails, working gradually up the arm rather than pulling from one point.
Wear Them Your Way
The sleeves can be worn in either direction. Some Sallys prefer the wrist finish sitting naturally at the wrist; others prefer the snugger end higher on the arm. Try both orientations and choose the fit and look you like best. They can also be pulled smooth beneath a costume sleeve or gently rumpled for a more relaxed, stitched-doll effect.
Adjustable Stitches
Those extra thread tails are there on purpose. W&W deliberately leaves additional thread beyond certain knots so individual stitches can be adjusted if needed. If a stitch feels too snug or too loose once the sleeve is on, carefully untie its knot, gently adjust the stitch to the desired tension, then securely re-knot it. Once you’re happy with the fit, excess thread may be carefully trimmed.
Hand Wash Only
Hand wash both Ghost White and Sally Blue gently and separately. Avoid twisting, wringing or vigorous rubbing that could catch or distort the dimensional stitching.
For custom-dyed Sally Blue, always use cold water. Some color release during early washing may occur with hand-dyed textiles, so wash separately from other garments. Gently reshape and lay flat to dry.
Shipping
Each pair is individually finished by hand. During peak Halloween season, please allow 5–7 business days after your order and any customization details are finalized before shipment. Custom-dyed and custom color-matched orders may require additional production time.
